大鼠小肠胆碱能神经及血管活性肠肽的正常分布

摘要 本实验用组化和免疫组化方法研究了大鼠小肠胆碱能神经及血管活性肠肽(VIP)的正常分布。结果表明,粘膜下层有大量胆碱能神经干和神经纤维交织而成神经丛,但神经节较少。在肌层间有大量神经丛和神经节。VIP能神经分布在小肠各层,并以腺泡周围和肌层内较多。本文着重对胆碱能神经和VIP的关系进行了讨论。 VIP and AchE in the small intestines of 10 rats were studied by immunocytochcmical and histochcmical methods. The result of histochemical Study indicated that AchE-positive nerve fibers were distributed in the submucosa where a large number of nerve trunks and nervous fibers were interrelated to form nerve plexus. Some fibers could be traced to nervous plexus o1' intcrmuscules and others penetrate mucosal tousle to terminate in glandulal cells. A large quantity of ganglions and nervous plexus were located between muscular layers. VIP-immunorcactive nerve fibers were found in all layers of the small intestine. They mainly supply muscle and glands. Fially, The connection between cholincrgic nerve and-VIP-immunoreactivc vcrve arc discussed.
