植物组织培养污染问题的研究及其控制措施

Study on the contamination and prevention in plant tissue culture of Rosa chinensis

以月季组织培养快速繁殖过程中的各种污染物为取样对象,分析污染发生的原因,研究对此应采取的控制措施。结果表明:肠杆菌属、棒杆菌、地霉属、曲霉属、毛霉属、根霉属等细菌和真菌是引起污染的主要微生物;污染在组织培养的每一步骤都会发生;注重无菌操作的训练,提高操作水平是降低污染率的重要手段。

Experiments were conducted on detection and preventim of various contaminations within the tissue culture of Rosa chinensis sample.It was showed that Enterobacter,Corynebacterium,Geotrichum,Aspergillus,Rhizopus,Mucor and other genera were the main microbes harassing the tissue culture of Rosa chinensis.The contamination could happen in the whole process of the tissue culture.Stressing the training of the germfree operation and raising the operation skill are important to lower the pollution rate.
