摘要
以往大多数研究企业FDI的理论主要基于企业从内部已有的资产中获取先进技术的角度,来研究跨国公司的FDI行为。而立足于企业从外部获取技术的角度来研究跨国公司FDI过程中技术寻求模式的理论,则比较匮乏。本文旨在从外部获取技术的角度,通过分析独资新建、合资合作新建、收购和兼并等四种技术寻求模式,并创造性地从建设周期的长短和技术寻求的难易这两个维度来定位企业技术寻求型FDI的四种模式,从而进一步研究日本企业在FDI过程中技术寻求模式的特点及其大量运用M＆A模式寻求技术的原因和对我国FDI企业寻求海外技术的启示。
The most anciently theory about enterprise FDI mainly based on enterprise obtaining technology from interior asset. But that based on enterprise obtaining technology from exterior asset was little. This paper analyzes four technology-seeking patterns,that is auto-capital,cooperate,purchase and annex. Form two dimension--the time of build period and the difficulty of technology-seeking, we orientate that four patterns in a creative way. So we can research the character and the reason of Japan enterprise's technology-seeking patterns, advance our enterprise how to seek technology overseas.
