摘要
本文从人力资本价值和人力资本独特性两个维度将现代组织中的员工分为四类,针对不同特点的员工,提出了建立和管理差异化劳动关系的设想,论述企业进行劳动关系差异化管理的必要性,探讨了进行差异化劳动关系管理时应该注意的问题,从而为企业提供了有效识别人力资本的手段和降低人力资源管理成本、提高管理效率的新思路。
According to the value and uniqueness of human capital,the article classifies the employees in modern organization into four kinds and puts forward the imagine of establishing and managing discrepant labor relationship among different employees. It also discusses the necessity and key issues of discrepant management of labor relationship for the purpose of providing the method to distinguish human capital and new idea of cutting down the human resource management cost and improving managing efficiency.
