从教学大纲到新课程标准演变的原因研究

摘要 新课程是当前教育界乃至于全社会的时尚话语体系,课程标准是新课程的重中之重,是国家对基础教育课程的基本规范和质量要求。作为基础教育教学的指导性文件教学大纲淡出而课程标准则取而代之,并非偶然。从教学大纲到课程标准的演变,是时代发展和中华民族伟大复兴的迫切要求;是教育改革发展的必然趋势;是我国基础教育现状的客观要求;是学生身心健康发展的合理选择。 New curriculum is a vogue in the whole society as well as in the education circle, curriculum standard being its essence, which is the national fundamental norm and quality requirement on elementary education. It’s not accidental that syllabus, as once a prescriptive document, should be replaced by the new curriculum standard.The shift from syllabus to the new curriculum standard is the demand of the development of the times and the Chinese national rejuvenation,the natural tendency of the education reform,the objective requirement of the current situation of the elementary education as well as a rational choice of a standard benefiting the mental and physical development of the students.
