摘要 目的:探讨高血压病患者脉压对心脑血管疾病的影响。方法:收集941例高血压病患者(脉压>40 mmHg者816例,脉压≤40 mmHg者125例)临床资料包括年龄、性别、脉压、合并心脑血管疾病的情况,进行统计学分析。结果:(1)在≥60岁年龄组:脉压>40 mmHg组合并冠心病(CAD)的百分比小于脉压≤40 mmHg组,P<0.05;(2)在<60岁年龄组:脉压>40 mmHg组合并脑出血的百分比大于脉压≤40 mmHg组(P<0.01),而合并高血压心脏病的百分比小于脉压≤40 mmHg组(P<0.05)。结论:脉压可作为预测高血压病患者心、脑血管事件(如高血压心脏病、脑出血、冠心病)的危险因素。 Objective: To investigate the influences of pulse pressure (PP) on cardiac and cerebrovascular disease in hypertensive patients. Methods: Clinical data of 941 hypertensive patients (contain: 816 patients with PP>40 mmHg, 125 patients with PP≤40 mmHg) were analyzed. Results: (1) In group Ⅰ (age≥60 years): The patients that PP >40 mmHg had a less percentage of CAD than that of PP≤40 mmHg, P<0. 05; (2) In group Ⅱ (age <60 years): Compared with PP≤40 mmHg group the patients that PP>40 mmHg had a higher percentage of cerebral bemorrhage (P<0. 01), but had a lower percentage of hypertensive heart disease (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Pulse pressure is a useful predictor of cardiac and cerebrovascular events.
