多层螺旋CT在冠状动脉疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 选择性冠状动脉造影(QCA)检查是冠状动脉疾病(CAD)诊断的金标准,因系创伤性检查,而且检查费用昂贵,患者不易接受.为此寻找准确可靠并且无创伤的检查方法已成为当务之急[1].近年来电子束CT和MRI在冠状动脉(CA)无创伤性检查方面有一定应用价值,但是两者也均受到诸多因素的限制[2].
