摘要
本文在凹形圆柱腔振荡器的Fujisawa公式进行研究的基础上。提出了新的谐振频率解析式。它可以解说耿氏管不同高度时不同谐振频率的现象,同时使理论调谐曲线,更接近实验曲线。
This paper provides new analytic formula based on the Fujisawa formula of reentrant cavity. The phenomenon that reentrant cavity has different resonant frequencies for Gunn diodes with different heights many be explained. The theoretical tuning curve is agreed nearly with the experimental curve.
