土工合成材料工程应用几个基本问题的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 土工合成材料 (geosynthetics)是国外 2 0世纪六七十年代出现的新型建筑材料 ,它以工程性能好、施工方便及价格低廉等优点而广泛应用于水利、公路、铁路及港口等各个领域。由于土工合成材料的工程特性及作用机理等理论研究还不太成熟 ,在相当大程度上限制了推广应用 ,故有必要探讨土工合成材料的隔离作用、加筋机理及排水等应用问题 。 Geosynthetics have been widely used in the construction of hydraulic works, highways, railways and ports for their good mechanical performance, convenience in construction and low cost. But the academic study of the materials in such aspects as engineering characteristics and functionary mechanism with soil are not very mature,which hinders their popularization in practical applications. In this paper,the classification and functions of geosynthetics are introduced,their insulation and drainage functions and reinforcement mechanism analyzed,and the merits and drawbacks in the application also discussed.
