摘要
在大体积混凝土浇筑中 ,如混凝土重力坝基础部位、闸底板 ,为了降低混凝土板温度应力和控制裂缝产生 ,在实际施工中 ,需掺入一定量的粉煤灰 ,并运用编程计算出不掺粉煤灰 A0 与掺 45 %粉煤灰 A4 5混凝土自由板的温度应力。通过分析 ,结果证明不但能节约水泥 ,而且能够达到降低温度应力和控制裂缝产生的目的 。
The addition of fly ash to the concrete not only brings about saving of cement but also leads to reducing of the temperature stress caused by concrete hydration and the crack initiation.Based on the calculation of the temperature stress of the placed concrete during the construction of a concrete structure,a comparative analysis of the temperature stress in free slab is presented in consideration of two cases—without the addition of fly ash and with the addition of 45 percent of fly ash. The result can be used in practical engineering.
