格列吡嗪控释片对2型糖尿病血脂异常患者血糖和血脂的影响

Influence of Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid of Dyslipidosis Associated with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Glipizide GITS

目的评价格列吡嗪控释片对2型糖尿病血脂异常患者血糖和血脂的影响.方法将70例2型糖尿病血脂异常患者随机分为两组,治疗组患者给予格列吡嗪控释片5～20 mg,1次/d治疗;对照组患者给予格列吡嗪普通片80～160 mg,3次/d治疗.治疗前和治疗2个月后分别检测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量.结果治疗2个月后治疗组和对照组患者治疗前、后降糖(包括FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c)疗效组内比较差别均有显著性意义(P＜0.01),治疗组治疗前、后TG含量间差别有显著性意义(P＜0.05),但TC、LDL-C和HDL-C的含量间差别无显著性意义(P＞0.05).对照组患者血脂各项指标治疗前、后差别均无显著性意义(P＞0.05).结论格列吡嗪控释片对2型糖尿病血脂异常患者不仅具有良好的降糖作用,而且对TG具有调节作用.

Objective To evaluate influence of the blood glucose and blood lipid of dyslipidosis associated with type 2 Diabetes mellitus with Glipizide GITS.Methods 70 patients dyslipidosis associated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into treatment group (n=35),Glipizide GITS 5～20 mg,qd,po,and control group (n=35),Glipizide 80～160 mg,tid,po,the observation of two groups was done pre-treatment and after 2 months′ treatment about fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-h plasma glucose (2 hPG),glycated haemoglobin (HbA1C),triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) the change.Results Two groups pre-after treatment effect of the lower blood glucose (including FPG,2 hPG,HbA 1c ) were very significant difference (P<0 01), treatment group pre-after treatment effect of TG the change was significant difference (P<0 05).The effect of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C the change was no significant difference (P>0 05).In the control group,pre-after treatment of the targets of the all blood lipid were no significant difference (P>0 05).Conclusion Glipizide GITS can not only lower blood glucose,but also have adjust effects of TG on the dyslipidosis associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
