摘要
本文用边界积分法计算高速大规模电路系统互连线的电阻矩阵,文中进行了边界积分方程的推导及将其转换为矩阵方程后计算电阻矩阵的方法,最后以实例说明其计算结果及适用范围。
A method for computing the resistance matrix of the interconnects in high—speed arge scale circuit it system using the method of boundary integral equations is delivered. The derivation of the boundary integral equations is described. and then the calculation of the resiscance matrix by the solution of the transformed matrix equations is realized. The numerical exampales using this methed and the elective range of the method are presented finally.
