神经干细胞标记及活体示踪的研究现状及前景 被引量:14

Current status and prospect about labelling and tracking in vivo of neural stem cells

摘要 许多研究都表明神经干细胞具有再生和修复中枢神经系统神经损伤的能力。采用有效的无创伤性技术来监测和追踪干细胞移植治疗的效果将对其在动物实验研究和临床应用方面起到促进作用。通过用细胞标记试剂标记干细胞,可以活体显示移植至脑内的干细胞并进而揭示干细胞在脑内的迁移情况。活体追踪神经干细胞的迁移将有助于我们选择最优的移植策略和了解干细胞促进神经功能恢复的机理。本文对目前在神经干细胞移植领域能够用于干细胞迁移追踪的标记物质种类和应用前景进行回顾和展望。 Many studies have demonstrated that neural stem cells (NSCs) possess the ability to regenerate and repair neuronal damage in the central nervous system. Efficient techniques to noninvasively monitor and track stem cell transplants will accelerate the development of stem cell therapies in both animal experiment and clinical applications. Preloading of cells with some labeled agents allows in vivo visualization of transplanted NSCs in brain and therefore the uncovery of the extensive migration of NSCs. In vivo tracking of the migration of NSCs will greatly help the choice of optimal transplantation strategies and enhance the understanding of how NSCs promote functional and anatomical recovery in neurological disorders. In this paper, the sort and the application of some labeled agents which are applicable to tracking the migration were reviewed in the field of NASCs transplantation.
