内质网应激与神经系统疾病

Endoplasmic reticulum stress and nervous system diseases

摘要 内质网是蛋白质修饰、折叠和钙储存场所,内质网中钙离子紊乱和未折叠蛋白质蓄积可引发内质网应激,发生具有保护作用的未折叠蛋白反应,而长期过强的内质网应激诱导细胞凋亡,内质网应激直接影响应激细胞的转归,如适应、损伤或凋亡。神经系统许多疾病与内质网应激相关,本文主要将近年来与内质网应激相关的神经系统疾病的研究作一综述。 Endoplasmic reticulum(ER) is a locus where proteins are modified, folded and calcium is saved. The disorder of calcium ion and the accumulation of unfolded protein can lead to ER stress and thus protective unfolded protein response ensue. But long-term strong ER stress will induce cell apoptosis and directly affect the outcome of the stress-induced cell such as adaptation, damage or apoptosis. A lot of nervous system diseases are correlated with ER stress. The article mainly summarizes recently reported nervous system diseases associated with ER stress.
