摘要
预处理液[4%蔗糖+300mg·L-18-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐+60mg·L-1Al2(SO4)3+25mg·L-1B9]能延长百合切花瓶插寿命3d,增加鲜重,增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,延缓丙二醛(MDA)含量的增加和超氧阴离子自由基(O-2·)产率,减少水分散失,维持膜结构的相对稳定性。
s Effects of pretreatment containing B9 could prolong the vase life of cut flower of lily for 3 d; increase the fresh weight, enhance the activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD); delay the enhancement of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the productivity of superoxide radical(Oˉ2· ); inhibit loss of water and maintain the stability of membrane. The better pretreatment solution was: 4% sucrose+300 mg·L-1 8-HQC+60 mg·L-1 Al2(SO4)3+ 25 mg·L-1B9.
