摘要 目的 研究不同麻醉方法对红细胞膜ATP酶 (ATPase)活性的影响。方法  6 0例胃癌根治术病人随机分为两组 :丙泊酚静脉复合麻醉组 (PGA)和异氟醚吸入麻醉组 (IGA)。于术前、切皮后 1h、术毕、术后 2 4h采血。测Na+ K+ ATPase、Ca2 + ATPase、Mg2 + ATPase。结果 两组数值只有在术毕时差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,PGA组酶活性在术后 2 4h与术前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。IGA组酶活性在术毕和术后 2 4h与麻醉前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 丙泊酚复合氯胺酮静脉麻醉对红细胞膜酶活性影响要小于异氟醚吸入麻醉 (P <0 .0 5 ) Objective To investigate the changes of ATPase activity on erythrocyte membrane during different anaesthesia.Methods Sixty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing elective stomach radical surgery were randomly divided into two groups:isoflurane general anesthesia (IGA,n=30) and intravenous propofol and ketamine general anaesthesia (PGA,n=30).Blood samples were collected before induction,1h after incision and the operation ended,24h postoperation for determination Na +-K +-ATPase content.Results There was only a significant difference between the two groups at operation completed.Enzymology activity in PGA group:there was a significant difference between 24h postoperation and before operation (P<0.05).Enzymology activity in IGA group:compared operation completed and 24h postoperation with before operation,there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Na +-K +-ATPase,Ca 2+-ATPase,Mg 2+-ATPase activities of erythrocyte membrane affected by intravenous propofol combined with ketamine general anaesthesia and isoflurane inhalation general anaesthesia,PGA is less than IGA.
