梅花针叩刺配合养血定风汤加味治疗局限性神经性皮炎47例疗效观察

Treatment of Localized Neurodermatitis by Tapping with Plum - blossom Needle Associated with Additional Yangxue Dingfeng Tang: A Clinical Observation of 47 Cases

目的:观察梅花针叩刺配合养血定风汤加味治疗局限性神经性皮炎的疗效。方法:将141例局限性神经性皮炎患者随机分为3组。治疗组47例,采用梅花针局部叩刺加养血定风汤加味(处方:生地黄、当归、赤芍、天冬、麦冬、僵蚕、牡丹皮、川芎、何首乌、全蝎)内服治疗;对照I组Ⅰ47例,单纯采用养血定风汤加味内服治疗;对照Ⅱ组47例,采用西药苯海拉明、维生素C内服,10％尿素软膏外用治疗。3组均以30天为1疗程。结果:治疗组近期疗效、远期疗效与对照组Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针叩刺配合养血定风汤加味治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效好,且持久稳定。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of tapping with plum - blossom needle (TPN) associated with additional Yangxue Dingfeng Tang (AYDT) for localized neurodermatitis (LN). Methods: 141 cases of LN were allocated to 3 groups randomly. The treatment group (47 cases)was treated by TPN associated with AYDT (composed of Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Asparagi, Radix Ophiopogo-nis, Bombyx Batryticatus, Cortex Moutan, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Scorpio) for internal use; control group Ⅰ (47 cases) by internal use of AYDT alone; control group Ⅱ (47 cases) by western medicine. 30 days constituted a course of treatment. Results: The comparison of short - term and long - term curative effects of treatment group with control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed markedly significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion: TPN associated with AYDT possesses a good curative effect with staying and stable.
