直肠癌手术前后门静脉血CK20 mRNA检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of CK20 mRNA in portal vein blood of patients with rectal carcinoma before and after operation

目的 :研究直肠癌门静脉血 CK2 0 m RNA表达及临床意义。方法 :采用 RT- PCR法对 4 0例直肠癌根治术前后门静脉血 CK2 0 m RNA进行检测。结果 :4 0例直肠癌 2 5例 CK2 0 m RNA阳性表达 ,阳性率 6 2 .5 % ;Dukes分期与门静脉血中 CK2 0 m RNA阳性表达率无关 ,淋巴结转移阳性门静脉血中 CK2 0 m RNA阳性率高于阴性者 (P<0 .0 1) ;随访发现 ,门静脉血 CK2 0 m RNA阳性者远处转移率高 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :门静脉血中 CK2 0 m RNA检测有助于预后判断 ,区域淋巴结转移和 (或 )门静脉血 CK2 0 m

Objective:To study the expression and significance of CK20 mRNA in portal vein blood of patients with rectal carcinoma.Methods:CK20 mRNA was detected in Portal vein blood samples of patients with rectal cancer before and after operation from 50 patients by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results:Of the 40 patients,25 were of positive expression of CK20 mRNA.The positive rate was 62.5%; Dukes stage had no relation to the positive rate of CK20 mRNA in Portal vein blood.The positive rate of CK20 mRNA was higher than the negative's in Portal vein blood with lymph metastasis(P<0.01).The rate of distant metastasis was found high in the patients with the positive expression of CK20 mRNA (P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of CK20 mRNA in portal vein blood can be helpful to the judgment of prognosis; the tumor is inclined to distant metastasis in the situation of regional lymph node metastasis with or without the positive expression of CK20 mRNA in portal vein blood.
