This paper describes WZ-II which is a microprocessor-embeded temperature controlling system for the procelain kiln.This system can do the work of on-line self-diagnosis on PC faults,RAM,I/O chanel, output-driven, and executing unit.The approaches for solving dead lock and tracking PC regulary arc stated in detail.
