摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠运动病敏感性与血浆皮质醇 (CORT)和促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)水平的关系 ,进一步阐明体液因素在运动病发病中的作用。方法 :采用大鼠条件性厌食症 (CTA)做运动病模型。 84只雌性大鼠 ,12只用于正常对照 ;36只用于旋转刺激后大鼠血浆激素水平的测定 (采用放射免疫分析法 ) ;另 36只用于前庭功能锻炼后大鼠血浆激素水平的测定。结果 :大鼠运动病后血浆 CORT和 ACTH水平升高 ,低敏感组血浆 CORT、ACTH水平显著高于高敏感组 (P<0 .0 1) ;功能锻炼后产生适应的高敏感组大鼠运动病后血浆 CORT、ACTH水平与低敏感组 ,但差异无显著性。结论 :运动病与应激有关 ,运动病敏感性与血浆 CORT。
Objective:To investigate the relation between the susceptibility to motion sickness of rats and plasma levels of CORT and ACTH.Methods:The motion sickness model of CTA was used.Eighty-four female rats were adopted in the experiment,twelve of which were used as a control group while thirty-six of which were stimulated with rotation to evoke motion sickness before test,and the remaining thirty-six were used for vestibular training before test.The plasma levels of CORT and ACTH were analyzed with radioimmunoassay.Results:After motion sickness,the plasma levels of CORT and ACTH were significantly increased(P<0.01),and after trained for one month,the difference of plasma levels of CORT and ACTH between the low susceptible group and the highly susceptible group was not significent(P>0.05).Conclusion:The changes of plasma levels of CORT and ACTH support a connection between motion sickness and stress and also support a connection between motion sickness susceptiblity and plasma levels of CORT and ACTH.
