摘要
目的对应用漂浮电极导管临时心脏起搏的病例进行总结分析,探讨漂浮电极导管临时心脏起搏的方法。方法对36例患者经不同静脉途径在体表心电图指导下,床旁植入漂浮电极,进行临时心脏起搏,测量导管到右心室心尖的深度及从静脉穿刺到心室搏起所需时间。结果经左锁骨下及右颈内静脉入路植入,导管达心尖深度分别为(36.31±2.82)cm,(29.50±3.15)cm,从静脉穿刺到心室搏起所需时间为(8.61±3.62)min,成功率为100%。结论体表心电图指导下,应用漂浮电极导管临时心脏起搏是一项方便快捷、安全有效的急救技术,只要操作正确,成功率很高。
To summarize and analyse the cases of balloon-tipped floating catheter in temporary cardiac pacing and explore the methods of balloom-tipped floating catheter in temporary cardiac pacing. 36 patients received temporary cardiac pacing by different ways of putting balloon-tipped floating catheter in intervenes under the direction of electrocardiogram. Measured the length between catheter and right ventricular apex and the time from the beginning of putting the catheter in intervenes to the heart begin to pace. Putting balloon-tipped floating catheter in intervenes at left vena subclavia the length between catheter and right ventricular apex is (36.31±2.82) cm and at right vena juglaris interna it was (29.50±3.15) cm. The time from the beginning of putting the catheter in intervenes to the heart begin to pace was (8.61±3.62) min. The successful rate was 100%. [Conclusion] Under the direction of electrocardiogram using balloon-tipped floating catheter in temporary cardiac pacing is a conveniently rapidly safely and effectively rescue technique. As long as make it correct the successful rate is very high.
