粤东地区930例唇腭裂患者临床资料分析

Statistical analysis of 930 patients with cleft lip and palate

目的了解粤东地区先天性唇腭裂的患病状况与特点,探讨与唇腭裂发生有关的影响因素。方法对2002～2004年间由汕头大学医学院医疗扶贫行动组织的“美纯行动”及于我院行唇腭裂手术930例唇腭裂患者的临床资料进行统计学分析。结果在唇腭裂的构成比中,主要以单侧唇裂伴腭裂,双侧唇裂伴腭裂及单侧唇裂为主,分别为33.98%,23.23%与29.02%,单纯的腭裂及单纯的双侧唇裂较少。双侧唇裂与双侧唇腭裂男女间差异有非常显著性。左比右多见。唇腭裂畸形与患者的胎次关系中第一胎,第二胎,第三胎,第四胎,第四胎以上的构成比分别为23.17%,33.10%,16.93%,14.77%,11.91%.但各种类型的唇腭裂畸形均与患者的胎次无显著性差异。母亲妊娠前3个月所接触的风险因素中共有226例(24.30%)。结论唇腭裂的发生可能与遗传、胚胎发育早期的环境因素、药物影响等有关。

In order to know the clinical and deformity condition in patients with cleft lip and palate, investigate and study certain specific related factors with cleft lip and palate. 930 patients who had received a primary operation from 2002 to 2004. Unilateral cleft lip and palate (33.98%), bilateral cleft lip and palate (23.23%) and unilateral cleft lip(29.02%) are significantly predominant compared with cleft palate and double cleft lip in cleft lip and palate. There is great statistically significant between males and females both in bilateral cleft lip and in bilateral cleft lip and palate. The incidence of left side cleft is significant higher than that of the right side. The incidence of patients' sequence in brethren is follows: first (23.17%), second (33.10%), third (16.93%), fourth (14.77%) and fifth and others(11.91%). But there is no statistically significant between deformity and patients' sequence in brethren. Mother underwent danger factors in the first three months of pregnancy: 226 cases are found of the 930 cases (24.30%). [Conclusion] It is suggested that the cleft and palate formation may be related with gene, environmental condition and medication in early of embryo.
