改良Madigan手术及耻骨上前列腺切除术的比较

Compared Madigan′s prostatectomy with suprapubic prostatectomy

目的探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)两种开放手术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析28例耻骨上前列腺切除(SPPC)与15例改良Madigan前列腺切除(MPC)。结果MPC手术较SPPC在术后膀胱冲洗、尿管停留、术后住院时间均明显要短,膀胱痉挛等并发症发生几率下降,有明显统计学差异。结论改良Madigan手术可作为前列腺开放手术的首选术式。

To investigate the postoperative conditions of two singical approathes of prostatectomy A total of 43 patients with BPH, 15 patients underwent MPC while 28 patients did SPPC. The postoperative conditions was analysed statistically. MPC was with the advantages of absence of postoperative hematuria, avoidance of post-catheter structure, a shortperiod of hospitalization and antegrade ejaculation. [Conclusions] Madigan protatectomy is believed to be the first ideal surgical procedure for the treatmeat of BPH.
