目的分析影响脑弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuseaxonalinjury,DAI)预后的因素。方法将该科自1997年1月～2003年10月收治的148例DAI病人的各项指标分别数量化,用后退法逐步回归分析影响预后的因素。结果影响预后的因素排列顺序为:昏迷程度、CT表现、瞳孔变化、昏迷时间、脑挫伤程度、年龄大小。结论影响DAI预后的主要因素是昏迷程度,它可作为判断DAI预后的指标。

To analyze the factors which influence the prognosis of the patients with cerebral diffuse axonal injury(DAI). A total of 148 patients with DAI hospitalized in the department from the year of 1997 to 2003, the markers of which were changed to quantity, By force of stepwise regression analysis, we analysed the factors which influence the prognosis of the patients with DAI. The sequence of the factor which influence prognosis is: the degree of coma, the manifestation of CT, the changes of pupil, the time of coma, the degree of cerebral contusion and the siz of age. [Conclusions] The degree of coma is the principal factor which influence the prognosis of the patients with DAI, and it can be took as a marker to estimate the prognosis.
