摘要
对长江航运通信及我国内河航运通信的发展方向进行了论证,从而提出组建长江水运现代化移动电话网的总方案,同时从两方面进行了总体设计,并对部分链路自动接续技术进行了研究。该设计方案现阶段在长江是完全可以实现的。
The direction in which the Changjiang River shipping communication should be developed is expounded and proved,and thus an overall plan for building a modern mobile shipping telephone network on the Changjing River is proposed. A global design is made and the auto-linking techniques of some of the linkcircuits are studied. The design presented here is completely applicable to the present situation at Changjiang.
