农村防盲医疗队白内障手术对患者视功能和生存质量的影响

Visual function and quality of life affected by cataract extraction surgery operated by blind prevention medical group in short time in countryside

目的 了解农村防盲医疗队短期集中开展的白内障手术对患者视功能 (visualfunc tion ,VF)和生存质量 (qualityoflife,QOL)的影响。 方法 在手术前和术后 6个月时由调查员对江苏省姜堰市接受白内障防盲手术的患者进行VF和QOL现场问卷调查。结果 手术前后同时接受调查的患者 131名 ,占全部接受手术患者的 5 3 9% ,131名患者术前平均VF和QOL分别为 5 0 95±2 9 6 2和 6 8 0 7± 2 4 90 ,术后平均VF和QOL分别为 83 2 1± 16 4 0和 86 5 3± 16 33,手术前后VF和QOL得分比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (tVF=13 2 5 ,PVF<0 0 1;tQOL=9 5 ,PQOL<0 0 1)。结论 农村防盲医疗队短期集中开展的白内障手术明显提高了患者视功能和生存质量。术后随访工作的不正规可能会影响患者的视功能和生存质量的稳定。

Objective To study the visual function (VF) and quality of life(QOL)of the patients affected by the cataract extraction that was operated by blind prevention medical group in short time.Methods To Survey the patients in Jiangyan county,Jiangsu province about VF and QOL at preoperational and 6 months postoperatively.Results 53 9%(131 cases)patients accepted twice survey.The preoperative average VF and QOL of 131 cases respectively are 50 95±29 62 and 68 07±24 90.The postoperative average VF and QOL of 131 cases respectively are 83 21±16 4 and 86 53±16 33.There was statistically significant difference between two different periods(t VF =13 25,P VF <0 01,t QOL =9 5,P QOL <0 01).Conclusions The cataract surgery operated by blind prevention medical group in short time have improved the VF and QOL of the patients.The irregular follow-up may impact the stability of patients′ VF and QOL.
