摘要
基于作用线增量法的基本原理,通过分析相连构件之间的作用力方位以及输出构件上参考点的运动轨迹, 研究了几何原始误差在机构运动中传递的一般规律,提出了机构误差分析的一般数学模型,建立了适用于各类机 构位置误差分析的传递矩阵,推导出适用于复杂机构位置误差分析的一般性表达式,并结合空间RSSR机构、高 副机构以及平面多杆机构进行了位置误差实例计算。该方法概念清晰,无需进行微分运算,具有较强的通用性。
A study on the general formula of how original errors transfer in the movement of mechanisms is carried out through analyzing the applied force placement of contiguous bar and movement trace of reference point about output, and the errors transferring matrix applied for variety of mechanics is proposed, which all based on the principle of the projection of original error in the direction of applied force. A general method is presented combining with precision analysis examples for plane and space mechanisms. The method has many general advantages such as the clear conception, without differential calculation and so on.
