摘要
SnO2:F薄膜具有优良的光电特性,采用喷雾热分解法在玻璃基板上镀膜的基本工艺过程,其面电阻在2Ω/cm2以下,可见光透过率为90%以上,在近红外波段出现高反射.
SnO_2∶F films have excellent photoelectric characteristics. Principles and main technical parameters of spray pyrolysis technique for glass coating are obtained.The square resistance is below 2Ω/cm^2. Transmission in visible region is over 90%, and high reflectance appears in near infrared region.
