溃疡性结肠炎(UC)为目前未查清病因的直肠、结肠炎症,病情迁延,难以根治.在现代医学研究中,动物实验模型研究占重要地位.选择建立合适的动物疾病模型,为探讨其病因,研究其疾病规律以及开发研制治疗药物等提供合适的条件.

UC is proctitis or colitis etiological factor which cause isn't clear at present.The course of UC is very long and it's hard to cure. The status of the investigation of animals' experimental cast is very important in the modern medicine. Selecting and setting up a suitable cast of animals' disease can provide a suitable condition for investigating its etiological factor, regulation, developing and manufacturing drugs.
