摘要
本文分析了影响压缩机COP值因素 ,提出了零部件加工及装配工艺要求 ,探讨了提高压缩机的压缩效率、机械效率及电机优化设计的具体措施 ,据项目〔1〕研究需要 ,在原主流机型基础上开发研制的R6 0 0a普通高效和特高效三种型号节能压缩机COP值高达 1 75。
By analysing different influencing factors to the compressor's COP,the paper puts forward the technological requirements on the prcessing and assembling of the components,and make an inquiry into measures to improve the compressive and mechanical efficiency of the compressor,and the optimization of the electrical machinery.In line with the requirement of this research,the COP of the three models:R600a; efficienly and high efficiency energy saving compressor is as high as 1.75 which based on the main type.
