Computer Data Acquisition and Processing System of Turbocharger Test Rig

本文设计开发了涡轮增压器性能试验台计算机数据采集及处理系统 ,通过实例介绍了C + +Builder环境下数据采集系统的开发方法以及在C + +Builder中调用Excel模板制作灵活和便于修改的涡轮增压器性能试验结果自动存储及处理报表的原理和方法。实际应用表明 ,该系统运行稳定 ,有效的提高了测量精度并取得了良好批济效益。

Computer data acquisition system of turbocharger performance test rig is designed and developed.The principles and methods of developing data acquisition system and operating Excel templates to save and process turbocharger performance test results under C++Builder are introduced through an example.By using Excel templates,flexible and easily modified reports can be acquired.The result of application show that the measurement precision can be effectively improved and economic benefit can be acquired.
