摘要
用不同硒含量的富硒发酵豆奶给小鼠灌喂30d后用CCl4造模。24h后采用生化检测方法测定小鼠的GSH-Px、SOD酶活性和MDA浓度。结果表明,对于急性肝损伤小鼠,富硒发酵豆奶可以显著提高小鼠血清、肝脏中的GSH-Px和SOD酶活性,降低MDA浓度。证明富硒发酵豆奶可以增强机体拮抗氧化应激所导致的急性肝损伤能力。
oFeeding mices with the different content of selenium in the selenium-enriched soybean milk of fermentation 30 days before made animal model by CCl4 24 hours later, the activity of GSH-PxL,SOD and the amount of MDA were measured by the method of biochemical measuremert.The results showed: oas to acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mices, the selenium-enriched soybean milk of fermentation could obviously elevated the activity of GSH-Px and SOD, the amount of MDA was decreased.It proved that the selenium-enriched soybean milk of fermentation could elevated the ability of resist acute damage of the liver caused by oxidative stress.
