摘要
用B型活性染料对阳离子改性大豆蛋白织物染色 ,研究固色碱剂的用量、温度、时间对上染百分率及固色率的影响 ,评价阳离子改性大豆蛋白织物的染色效果。研究结果表明 ,最佳固色工艺条件为 :碱剂6 g/L ,温度 70℃ ,时间 40min。阳离子改性后的大豆蛋白织物对碱剂不太敏感 ,只需低碱浓度 ,且对温度和时间的依存性小 ,织物的上染百分率和固色率较未改性织物分别提高 3 0 %和 40 % ,且皂洗牢度优良。
A fixation process was undergone to evaluate the effects of fixing parameters on the uptake and fixation of B type reactive dyes, such as the alkali dosage, fixing temperature and time. The results show that the optimum conditions are to fix the dye at 70℃ for 40 minutes with alkali 6 g/L. The cationic soybean fabric has low sensitivity to alkali and low dependence on fixing temperature and time. Dye uptake and fixation of the cationic soybean fabric are superior to those of the unmodified, which rise by 30% and 40% respectively. The fabric after modification has excellent soaping fastness.
