摘要
以马来酸、衣康酸和丙烯酸为单体 ,采用水相聚合制备棉织物无甲醛防皱整理剂。通过正交试验确定合成聚合多元羧酸 (PCA)的最佳条件为 :聚合温度 85℃ ,反应时间 3h ,引发剂用量 (m引发剂/m总单体)为9% ,单体摩尔比 1∶1∶1。聚合多元羧酸适宜的整理工艺条件为 :PCA浓度 8% ,SHP浓度 4% ,浴液 pH值2 ,1 80℃焙烘 2min。整理后织物折皱回复角提高 80 %以上 ,可达 2 80° ,织物断裂强力保留率则有所下降 ,白度下降不大 ,且具有较好的耐水洗性能。
A formaldehyde free DP finish can be synthesized in water phase with maleic acid (MA), itaconic acid (IA) and acrylic acid (CA) as monomers. Via orthogonal test, the optimized process is determined: mole ration of three monomers is1∶1∶1, m (initiators)/m (total monomers) is 9%, reaction at 85℃ for 3 hours. The DP finish for cotton fabric is carried out with polycarboxylic acid 8%, SHP 4%, pH value 2, baking at 180℃for 2 minutes. The treated fabric features high recovery angle ranking from 125 to 130 degree which rise by 80%, a small decrease in breaking strength, little change in whiteness, as well as fairly good fastness.
