摘要
用分散染料染醋酯纤维 ,研究温度、pH值、时间和助剂对上染百分率的影响 ,探讨分散染料移染性和提升性以及染色的后处理 ,给出染色工艺条件 :染色温度 1 0～ 85℃ ,pH值 5 ,染色时间 1 2 0min。染色时采用导染剂NP可提高上染百分率 ,采用CyclanonECO还原清洗剂则效果理想。
Factors exerting influence on dye uptake are analyzed, such as temperature, pH value, time and auxiliaries, migration and building up of disperse dyes are discussed. Dyeing process can be operated at 70～85℃ for 120 minutes with pH value 5. Better results are available with the addition of NP carrier for dyeing and Cyclanon ECO for reduction clearing.
