A New Probe into the Rise of the Scientific Management: on the Rise of the Scientific Management from the Perspective of the Interactive Relationship between the Labor and Capital

摘要 19世纪末20世纪初,科学管理作为一种新的管理理念,从出台到走向实践,一方面源于这种管理制度承诺可以提高效率,增强市场竞争能力,但更为重要的原因在于,它许诺可以剥夺工人对生产过程的实际控制权,并且铲除工会。科学管理制度能够得到资方的认同和接受,离开这些因素的规约无论如何是办不到的。 Toward the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, as a new idea of management, the scientific management was designed and put in force. This management system offered to improve the efficiency and competence, and also promised to help eliminate labor unions and workers' actual control over the production procedure. Without the factors above, this system can never be acknowledged and accepted by the capital.
