随着我国市场经济的发展,企业经营中的伦理问题日益突出。管理伦理问题不仅反映市场经济的缺陷,而且反映出制度管理的不足。企业管理伦理学在管理学和伦理学相结合的基础上,从提高企业和企业管理者的内部道德自律性和外部道德环境的约束性两个方面构建企业管理伦理的约束机制,克服制度管理的缺陷和不足,引导企业健康有序地发展。

With the development of the market economy in our country, the ethic problem in business management becomes more and more conspicuous. This problem not only reflects the deficit of the market economy but also that of the system management. Combining the knowledge of management and ethics, business management ethics aims at the construction of a disciplinary mechanism by way of establishing both internal and outer moral circumstances. Thereby, the enterprise can avoid the deficit above and develop smoothly.
