心脉通胶囊对冠心病劳累性心绞痛内皮功能的影响

Influence on Vascular Endothelium Function of Tired Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease Treated by Xinmai Tong CaPsulae

目的 :观察心脉通胶囊对冠心病劳累性心胶痛内皮功能的影响。方法 :治疗组口服心脉通胶囊 ,对照组口服山海丹胶囊。结果 :两组心胶痛疗效治疗组优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5 ;两组硝酸甘油停减情况、血浆内皮素与一氧化氮水平比较 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :心脉通胶囊能有效改善心肌缺血 。

Objective: To observe the influence on vascular endothelium function of tired angina Pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by Xinmai Tong caPsulae. Method: Cases in the treatment grouP were treated by Xinmaitong CaPsulae, cases in the control grouP treated by Shanhai Dan caPsulae. Results: The effect in the treatment grouP was suPerior to that in the control grouP(P<0.05).There were difference in the dosage of nitroglycerin decreasing ,the level of Plasma ET and Co as comPared between the two grouPs(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xinmai Tong caPsulae has effect of imProving myocardial ischemial and remising angina Pectoris of coronary heart disease.
