“百可宁”与常用抗生素配伍的稳定性观察

The Compatible Stability Observation of BaiKeNing with the Commonly Used Clinical

用紫外分光光度法考察了常温下8h内“百可宁”与盐酸恩诺沙星9种抗生素的配伍稳定性。观察了配伍后0h、2h、4h、6h、8h的吸光度及配伍后溶液颜色的变化、有无气泡和沉淀产生,并测其在0h、2h、4h、6h、8h时pH值。结果显示:在常温下8h内配伍液外观澄清无色变,未见气泡和沉淀,pH值和吸光度在8h内无明显变化。结果表明:常温下“百可宁”与盐酸恩诺沙星等9种抗生素配伍后8h内稳定、无理化配伍禁忌。

This experiment is to observe the compatible physical and chemical stability of BaiKeNing with the antibiotics (Enrofloxacin, Tylosin, Gent-amycin, Doxycycline ect) at various time intervals for clinical reference.The results indi- cated that 8 hours after mixture of BaiKeNing with the antibiotics-(Enrofloxacin, Tylosin, Gentamycin Doxycycline, ect) there was no significant physical and chemical changes found, neither of pH and ultraviolet absorbance. So they can be clinically used.
