摘要
联苯醌类化合物是性能良好的电子传输材料。本文以 2,6 二取代苯酚为原料,通过高锰酸钾氧化偶联合成了电子传输材料 3,3′,5,5′ 四特丁基 4,4′ 联苯醌和3,3′,5,5′ 四甲基 4,4′ 联苯醌,收率分别达92.93%和89.83%,经HPLC检测纯度 99%以上。讨论了反应溶剂、氧化剂用量、反应温度等条件对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。并通过紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、质谱、高效液相色谱以及元素分析对产物的组成和结构进行了鉴定。
Diphenoquinone compounds are kinds of excellent electron transport materials. 3,3′,5,5′-tetrabutyl-4,4′-diphenoquinone and 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethyl-4,4′-diphenoquinone were synthesized by the oxidation of KMnO4 and substituted phenol, with the yield of 92.93% and 89.93%, respectively. The both composition was over 99% by HPLC. The influences of the oxidant, reaction solvent and temperature on the yield were studied, and the optimum reaction conditions were confirmed. The composition and structure of the products were measured by UV, IR, MS, HPLC and elemental analysis.
