Economists those who favor to development labor intensive industries suggest that developing countries should select labor intensive industry to accord with the comparative advantages and to deal with unemployment, because of its lack of capital and abundance of labor. But the others show the lack of comparative advantages theory and suggest that the capital-intensive industry can improve the employment in a long run. We can gain a good deal of enlightenment from the debate of the theory when adjusting industrial structure and making policy about technological innovation.
