The Development and Significance of Small Intestine Transplantation in Pigs

随着医学领域的发展 ,人体器官移植在许多领域已获得成功 ,并已常规应用于临床。但由于感染、排斥反应和外科技术等原因 ,小肠移植一直没有作为标准的外科技术广泛应用于临床。本文对猪小肠移植的外科技术及其自身特点进行阐述 ,以便对今后临床小肠移植的开展提供重要依据。

Along with the development of medical domain, many achievements on human organ transplantation have been attained and organ transplantation has been routinely applied in clinical practice. But because of infection, reject reaction and surgical techniques,small intestine transplantation has never extensively carried out in clinic. Just for this point, it is important and necessary to set up the reliable animal model. This article makes a review on surgical techniques and characteristic of small intestine transplantation in pigs. It may provide the significant basis for small intestine transplantation in clinic.
