摘要
在上流式水解反应器中接种经长期驯化的高温厌氧污泥,在 35,55,70℃条件下对淀粉生产废水进行了水解酸化动态和静态试验.对不同温度、不同停留时间的水解酸化效果和 3 个温度下水解酸化过程中 VFA、COD、SS、pH 值、硫酸盐、硫化物、碱度、蛋白质等变化特征及其机理进行了比较研究与评价.结果表明,超高温(70℃)酸化率、酸化速率以及 COD 和硫酸盐去除率均明显高于中温和高温的效果;动态试验中,其酸化率为 28.5%,酸化速率为 0.142h-1,COD 去除率为 24%,SS 去除率达到 86%, SO4 去除率为 32.5%,蛋白质水解率为 89.4%. 2-水解反应器容积负荷达到 36.2kg COD/(m3?d).提出了用酸化率和酸化速率作为水解酸化的综合评价指标.
The hydrolysis-acidification dynamic and static experiments were carried out for high temperature anaerobic sludge in starch producing high temperature technological waste water at 70°C, the sludge had been inoculated and tamed for a long time in an up flow hydrolysis reactor. Meanwhile, experiments of medium and high temperatures (35°C and 55°C) were carried out under same condition to compare, study and evaluate the effect of hydrolysis-acidification of different temperature and retention period, and the change character and its mechanism of VFA, COD, SS, pH, sulfate, sulfide, basically, protein, etc in hydrolysis-acidification process at the three kinds of temperature. Superhigh temperature (70°C) acidification rate and speed, also removal rate of COD and sulfate were all higher than the effect of medium and high temperature obviously. Dynamic experiment showed that in it the rate of acidification was 28.5% and speed was 0.142 h-1, removal rate of COD was 24%, of SS reached 86%, of SO42- was 32.5%, hydrolysis of protein was 89.4%, volume loading of hydrolysis reactor reached 36.2 kg COD/(m3·d). It suggested that rate and speed of acidification was used as the complex solution index.
