摘要 研究了一种高水溶性的环糊精衍生物羟丙基-β-环糊精(HPCD)溶液对甲基对硫磷的增溶作用、土壤中甲基对硫磷的洗脱去除作用以及对甲基对硫磷的光降解作用.结果表明,HPCD 使甲基对硫磷在水中的溶解度显著增加,20g/L 的 HPCD 溶液中,甲基对硫磷的溶解度比在纯水中提高了约 13 倍;HPCD 溶液能有效地对土壤中的甲基对硫磷进行洗脱,10g/L 的 HPCD 溶液洗脱率为 90%以上;HPCD 能促进甲基对硫磷的光降解,6g/L 的 HPCD 使甲基对硫磷的半衰期(T1/2)由原来的 103.90h 减少到 15.16h,而且表现出很高的光敏效应,光敏效率为 90.3%.结合其高增溶能力、高洗脱能力与光催化降解能力,HPCD 能有效地降低弱极性有机污染物在环境中的污染. A highly water-soluble derivate of β-cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPCD) solution was studied for its solubilization action of methyl-parathion, elution removal action of methyl-parathion in soil, and photodegradation action of methyl-parathion. The aqueous solubility of methyl-parathion was increased markedly with the existence of HPCD, being about 13 times higher in 20 g/L of HPCD than in pure water. Methyl-parathion in soil could remove effectively by elution with HPCD solution, with the elution rate by 10 g/L of HPCD more than 90%. HPCD could promote photodegradation of methyl-parathion, HPCD of 6 g/L could shorten the half-life (T1/2) of methyl-parathion from original 103.90 h to 15.16 h. And manifested very high photosensitive effect, with photosensitive rate of 90.3%. Combining its high abilities of solubilization, elution and photodegradation, HPCD could effectively lower the pollution of low-polarity organic contaminants in environment.
