摘要
系统研究了水杨酸对拟南芥苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶和脂氧合酶活性的影响。用10 μg/ mL SA喷雾处理生长28 d的拟南芥植株,结果发现,经SA处理后,拟南芥叶片中PAL,POD,PPO和LOX活性都迅 速增强,PAL活性在处理后12 h达到高峰,较高的PAL活性可维持到48 h。POD,PPO和LOX活性在SA处理后48 h达到高峰,而在24-96 h内都可保持较高的POD和PPO活性。这些生理指标的变化与SA诱导拟南芥植物的抗病 性相吻合。
The influence of SA on defense enzymes (PAL, POD, PPO and LOX) activities was studied in Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings. The result showed that the activities of PAL, POD, PPO and LOX in the leaf were increased rapidly after treatment of Arabidopsis seedlings with 10 μg/mL SA. The time to reach the highest level of PAL activity was at 12 h after SA treatment, and higher level of PAL activity could maintain from 12 h to 48 h . POD, PPO and LOX activity could reach their peaks at 48 h after SA treatment, and higher level of POD and PPO activities could maintain within 24 - 96 h, The change of these physiology indexes was consistent with SA induced plant disease resistance.
