2型糖尿病患者抑郁与治疗方案和控制效果的关系

Relationship between depression and therapeutic regime and effectiveness in type 2 diabetes

观察193例2型糖尿病患者抑郁心理与治疗方案、血糖控制,生活质量三者间的相互关系,结果显示46.6%2型糖尿病患者存在不同程度的抑郁;年龄、病程与抑郁程度具有相关性;应用胰岛素的糖尿病患者抑郁程度比其他患者的抑郁程度更高(P<0.01);抑郁程度较低的患者血糖控制较好(P<0.05);生活质量满意率与抑郁程度有关(P<0.05)。

The relationships of therapeutic regime, glycemic control and quality of life with depression were observed in 193 type 2 diabetic patients. The results showed that 46.6% of the diabetic patients manifested depression in various degrees; the depression status was correlated with age or duration of diabetes; the patients under insulin treatment showed more marked depression than the other patients (P<0.01); the blood glucose controls were better in patients with mild depression (P<0.05); and the patients′ satisfaction to daily life was also related to the depression status (P<0.05).
