The role of nitric oxide in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 　在病理条件下,一氧化氮通过影响胰岛素信号系统转导途径中的重要的信号分子而导致外周组织胰岛素抵抗的形成,并通过介导脂质、细胞因子及高糖所致的胰岛β细胞功能障碍,而在 2型糖尿病的发病中发挥了重要作用。 Under pathologic conditions, nitric oxide causes peripheral insulin resistance by impairing key signal molecules of insulin signaling pathway and mediates dysfunction of islet β cells caused by lipids, cytokines and hyperglycemia, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
