摘要
目的 研究康莱特注射液肝动脉灌注对移植性肝肿瘤大鼠肝功能的影响。方法 复制大鼠移植性肝肿瘤模型,经肝动脉灌注给药方法,以化疗药、超液化碘油等作对照,测定血清ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL,DBIL,TP,Alb等水平,评价康莱特作为介入药物治疗大鼠肝肿瘤时对肝功能的影响。结果 大鼠经肝动脉灌注治疗后,单纯康莱特灌注对大鼠ALT及AST水平无明显影响,所有含碘化油组大鼠血清ALT及AST水平均较对照组或康莱特组升高(P<0. 05)。与丝裂霉素 /碘化油组或碘化油组比较,康莱特 /碘化油组大鼠血清ALT水平均明显较低,有显著性差异(P<0. 05)。其他各项血清生化指标经统计学分析,各组之间均无明显差异(P>0. 05)。结论 单纯康莱特灌注对大鼠肝功能无明显影响,康莱特 /碘化油肝动脉灌注对肝功能影响明显低于MMC/碘化油组。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of transhepatic arterial infusion with Kanglaite injection(KLT) on the liver function of rats. METHOD Produced the model of hepatoma-bearing rats, treated them by transhepatic arterial infusion, then detected the levels of ALT, AST,ALP, G-GT, TBIL, DBIL, TP and Alb in serum, to evaluate the effect of transhepatic arterial infusion with KLT on the liver function of hepatom-bearing rat. RESULTS After the treatment, there was no effect on the level of ALT and AST in the KLT group (P>0.05). Comparing with control group and KLT group, the groups which had been given lipiodol have high levels of ALT and AST(P<0.05).The level of ALT in serum of the KLT/lipiodol was lower than that of the MMC/lipiodol group and the lipiodol group(P<0.05). There was no difference between the rest biochemical quotas of the other groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION The effect of transhepatic arterial infusion with KLT on liver function of hepatoma-bearing rat is tiny. The effect on liver function of KLT/lipiodol g-roup is evidently weaker than that of the lipiodol group, which may provide theoretical basis for clinical use of transhepatic arterial infusion with KLT to liver cancer.
