W/O法制备盐酸土霉素/聚乳酸微球及其释药性能 被引量:8

摘要 目的 制备一种可作药用的长效缓释微球。方法 以盐酸土霉素为囊心物质用W/O溶剂挥发法制备了盐酸土霉素 /聚乳酸微球,讨论了不同制备条件对聚乳酸载药微球的影响,并且分析了药物含量、聚乳酸分子量、微球粒径等条件对载药聚乳酸微球释放性能的影响。结果 所制得的微球较为规则,包封率较高,释药时间能长达半个月以上。结论 聚乳酸能够作为一般的水溶性药物的长效释放基材。 OBJECTIVE Prepare a long releasing microsphere for the medicine.METHOD Lactic (PLA) microspheres(MS) containing oxytetracycline hydrochloride were prepared by a water-in-oil solvent eveaporation method, the effects of different preparation conditions on the drug loading PLA microspheres were discussed, and effects of molecular weight of PLA, the drug content, microsphere size on the drug-releasing performance of the microspheres were analyzed.RESULTS The shape of microspheres was good, the encapsulation efficiency was high and the drug-releasing period can be longer than 15 days.CONCLUSION The PLA can be the period releasing material of the water soluble drug.
