缺血性脑卒中与血清脂蛋白(α)及相关血脂水平变化的关系

The correlation between serum lipoprotein (α) as well as the cha nges of ralated serum lipid levels and ischemic stroke

目的 探讨血清脂蛋白(α) [Lp(α) ]及相关血脂与缺血性脑卒中之间的关系。方法 测定缺血性脑卒中的 2组亚型; 41例动脉粥样硬化性血栓形成性脑梗死 (ACI)和 47例腔隙性脑梗死(LI)患者的血清Lp(α)及其相关血脂,同时测定 32例正常人作为对照组。结果 ACI组与LI组相比血清Lp(α)有显著差异(P<0. 05),ACI组与对照组相比Lp(α)有非常显著差异 (P<0. 01),但LI组与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0. 05); 2组患者的相关血脂与对照组比较,低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)有显著性差异(P<0. 05),其他血脂无显著性差异(P>0. 05)。结论 2组患者血脂变化不同,Lp(α)在ACI中起着重要的作用,高水平Lp(α)可作为ACI患者的一个独立的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship bet we en serum lipoprotein(α) [Lp(α)] as well as the changes of ralated serum lip id levels and ischemic stroke.Methods 41 patients with acu te cerebral infarction(ACI) and 47 patients with lacunar infarction(LI) were exa mined for Lp(α) and the other ralated serum lipids, 32 healthy subjects were ta ken as control group.Results In ACI group, Lp(α) levels wer e significantly higher than those in LI patients(P<0.05),there was a signif icant difference in Lp(α) levels between ACI group and control group (P<0. 01),however there was no significant difference between LI group and control gro up (P>0.05). The levels of LDL in patients of both patient groups were sign ifacantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05),however,there was no s ignificant difference between two patient groups (P>0.05).Conclusio n The changes of serum lipid levels are different in both patient group s.Lp(α) may play an important role in ACI and the high serum Lp(α) levels may be an independent risk factor in ACI.
